Where do cruises depart from?

Bayside Marketplace / Miamarina, Slips 11 & 12.

The Address is 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami FL, 33132

Our ticket booth is located near the docks between the outdoor restaurants Tasca Paella and Casa Italia. Look for the large red umbrella.

There is a garage at Bayside Marketplace as well as many parking garages and street parking all around the area.

You should aim to arrive no later than 30 minutes before your scheduled trip time. We recommend an hour early as there is plenty to do in Bayside Marketplace. The boat will leave no later than 5 minutes after it’s scheduled departure time.

The majority of our cruises are roughly 90 minutes long. The exceptions to this are The Sunset cocktail cruise with a duration of 2 hours long and the Twilight Skyline cruise which is 1 hour long.

Drinks are available for purchase on all of our tours with the exception of the Sunset Cocktail Cruise, which has all of the drinks included with purchase. 

Yes. Lines will typically start 15 minutes before your scheduled trip time if you wish to wait for the best available spot.

Some of our boats have air conditioned seating while others don’t. Simply ask our staff if you have a preference.

Yes. All of our cruises are narrated in English and Spanish with the exception of the Twilight Skyline Cruise and our Party Cruises.

We recommend you bring a hat, sunglasses and maybe some sunscreen as there is plenty of outdoor seating on our boats and the Florida sun shines quite bright during the day. In the winter we recommend you bring a jacket as the winter breeze can be quite chilly.

No. As long as you have your email confirmation on your phone for your scheduled trip, you do not need to bring a physical copy of your reservation. Your boarding pass will be given to you when you check in for the cruise.

Yes. All of our cruises are family friendly with the exception of the ADULTS ONLY party cruise.

Unfortunately not. If you cannot self transfer to climb a couple stairs that are necessary to board the boats, we cannot accommodate you.

Yes as long as they are purchased within the area of Bayside Marketplace. Please note we do not allow glass containers or outside alcohol of any kind. Please note, some of our boats do not have tables.

Yes. There is typically plenty of room for such items. You are responsible for monitoring your own luggage.

We accept certified service animals or small animals in carriers.

Cancellations and Trip changes

What is your refund policy?

Cancellation Policy: If your ticket (not RESERVATION) is purchased on our website, it is fully refundable up until 24 hrs before the trip, otherwise all sales are final. If you miss the boat you can take the next tour, if available, or another tour of equal or lesser value, up to one year from the original date of your trip as long as there is availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances the trip is canceled, you have the choice of a voucher for another trip or a full refund.

If your are late and miss your scheduled cruise you are allowed to reschedule to another trip 1 time free of charge. If you miss the rescheduled trip it will then cost an additional $5 per person to reschedule again. 

Our trips go out rain or shine. Both of our boats have covered or enclosed areas to keep out of the weather. Only unsafe or hazardous marine conditions will cause us to cancel a trip. Please see our cancellation policy for those instances.

Yes! You may always reschedule to any cruise of equal or lesser value of your original trip with the exception of the Sunset Cocktail and Sunset Star Island on Fridays and Saturdays. After the 1st free reschedule it will cost $5 per person for additional reschedules.

Tarpon Feeding

Is the tarpon feeding done on the boat?

No, the tarpon feeding is done on the dock with one of our employees. It takes anywhere from 10-15 minutes depending on how much you enjoy watching and interacting with the fish!

Our floating dock rests ON THE WATER and you will be close enough to touch the water.

Yes! When you use our custom made T-handles you can feed the fish worry free. However, if you are a thrill seeker and the daring type, you can feed these giant fish BUT please be aware these are still wild animals and therefore unpredictable. They may grab more than the bait which will result in scratches against your skin.

Tarpon do not have visible teeth but the inside of their mouth is an abrasive surface comparable to rough sand paper which can lead to scrapes and scratches if bitten.

No. These fish are free to go where they’d like but will almost always be present during operational hours. On the rare occasion that we don’t see any tarpon, we will happily give you a refund.

No. This is subject to the staff’s discretion and they may not be able to do a feeding if it is raining. 

NO! It is illegal to fish within the waters of the marina.
